You accept that the software may have minor or unforseen defects. Concrete Box works hard to ensure our software functions as expected, securely, and performs excellently. However, 100% perfection on every system is impossible to achieve. Therefore, our software is provided on an as-is basis, and no guarantee of flawless operation can be given.

Concrete Box will not be held liable for any damage or harm caused by the use of our software. For example; accidentally throwing a controller while playing our game will not make us liable for the damage to that controller.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
